The Midsummer Project was three different PODs performing a different scene from A Midsummer Night's Dream at a unique outdoor location. The three PODs shared a cast while had their own set of designers. As the PSM, I worked with the directors, Production Manager, and other Stage Managers to coordinate the overall rehearsal schedule with the shared cast.
